HELP WITH REMOTE CONNECTIONS

Sometimes we need to go online to solve particular issues and we use a service called Teamviewer. If you don’t already have this program installed, you can download it here. Once you’ve downloaded it, simply install it on your computer and the person you’re talking to will guide you through the rest.
